ABOUT
Hi, I'm Daniel, a content designer (or UX writer if you prefer, I won’t judge) with bags of experience (a decade, in fact) crafting excellent experiences bringing products and people together.
I have a positive outlook, excellent writing skills (naturally), native English proficiency, and a collaborative mindset that’s allowed me to work successfully at some of the world's biggest companies. I've worked freelance, agency, or in-house, in London, Berlin, Stockholm and Barcelona.

Don't you just write the words?
Not exactly, no. I believe that problem solving is a designer's mindset and the words often come last – first we need to understand what a user needs and that's where I come in.
Whether a fast-paced freelance project, a strategic initiative, a full-time role embedded in a team, I’m flexible, adaptable, and always up for a challenge. I love to create processes and frameworks as well as educate others about the value of excellent content design.
My experience running workshops to stakeholders, designers, PMs to illustrate the value of content design means I’m understanding of the particular challenges this young discipline has. And my extensive experience, attitude and approach make me especially suitable to companies that have a desire to continue growing content design as a discipline.

Design systems are pretty much embedded across all product organisations but content design guidelines are often lacking more than an arbitrary page on tone and voice. A set of content design guidelines can help ensure that all content is aligned with your brand's goals and supports your users' needs.
